Mobilising Senior African Stakeholders for an International Platform
The Challenge: An international buyers programme funded by the Government of India needed meaningful participation from senior African decision‑makers across multiple countries. The challenge was not simply to attract delegates — it was to identify the right stakeholders, establish engagement, coordinate international travel and ensure senior decision‑makers were effectively supported throughout, with less than six months to deliver.
Our Role: ECE led the full stakeholder recruitment and engagement process — including stakeholder research and identification, executive invitations, Francophone outreach, international coordination, visa and travel management, scheduling, VIP logistics and cross‑cultural coordination. Functioning as a team of one, we delivered end‑to‑end support for all delegates throughout the programme.
Outcome: 86 high‑level stakeholders from 30 African nations were secured, with a further 24 African stakeholders reaching out directly to the event organiser — meeting the target of 100 participants, half of whom were Ministers and their aides. Client feedback cited an estimated US$1 billion in projected contract value between African buyers and Indian sellers associated with the programme. “I would not hesitate to work with her again without reservation.” — Edgar K. Baron, CEO

Hosting the CEO Forum & Elite Lounge at African Utility Week
The Challenge: African Utility Week required a dedicated executive engagement programme to host Ministers, CEOs and senior diplomats in an exclusive Elite Lounge. The challenge was to identify, confirm and coordinate high‑level stakeholders across multiple African countries — Central Africa, East Africa and Nigeria — ensuring seamless executive participation and protocol.
Our Role: ECE led the full executive engagement process — coordinating confirmations for Central African CEOs (CHAD, Equatorial Guinea, DRC, Francophone countries), East African CEOs (Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Malawi, Tanzania, South Sudan), and 15+ Nigerian CEOs. Managed all CEO Forum logistics — programmes, itineraries, travel arrangements, and on‑site VIP liaison. Ensured the Elite Lounge operated seamlessly throughout the conference.
Outcome: Successfully hosted senior African energy executives and diplomats, creating meaningful engagement between utility leaders and international stakeholders. “I trusted her completely when dealing with high‑level relationships — Ministers and CEOs.” — Le‑Ann Keymer, Commercial Director
